Venice Florida, once a fishing and farming community, and voted top 10 Happiest Seaside Towns by Coastal Living, has begun to see changes in its city. Sarasota county, which includes Venice, was recently ranked one of the Forbes 2018’s fastest growing cities. Over the past 15 years, Sarasota county has seen continued rapid growth spanning from Tampa down to Naples and subsequently bringing more than just snowbirds to the area.
With this new growth and expansion comes the need to fulfill community requirements. The opportunity has caught the eye of Florida developer, Nvision Development, and owner/operator NM Residential. Together they have broken ground on a new 324-unit luxurious apartment project called Venice Isles that is expected to be completed in April 2020. The project is visible on the West side of I-75, just south of the Jacaranda intersection, with framing now underway. Granite countertops with undermount sinks in all bathrooms and kitchens, islands and stainless-steel appliances and two- tone kitchen cabinets with 42” uppers in all units. The project will showcase modern floorplans with walk-in showers in the master of the two- and three-bedroom units, as well as glass shower doors and tiles in each unit. Every bedroom can expect walk-in closets. Faux wood floors, impact glass (meeting current hurricane standards) and 2” blinds in all windows, built in USB outlets, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and livings rooms with large covered balconies in each unit. Valet trash pickup, whole community internet and connectivity will also be provided to each unit.
