Nvision is an Orlando based, full service Real Estate Development Company looking to ensure that our clients, projects and partners are set up to succeed. Nvision was founded in 2006 and has been involved in almost one billion dollars in projects since inception. Currently, Nvision is developing multifamily apartments, student housing, independent living, hotels and mixed use developments throughout Florida and Tennessee.

to budgetary challenges when looking for financing. Nvision’s experience in the development industry allows us to methodically analyze construction budgets and identify budgetary misses. From there, we can identify where line items can be reduced without taking away from the project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Nvision maintains a working set of project documents, manages issues that require owner input and makes recommendations that support the owner’s goals. Our services include oversight of RFI’s, submittals, and Change Orders.

to assist in the closeout of construction. From reviewing and documenting warranties, to creating and maintaining punchlists, we can help.
